Stacie Hill
Stacie Hill brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience in asset management, acquisitions, development, financing, capital raising and strategic planning to Wildwood. Prior to forming Wildwood, she served as an Executive Vice President with ScanlanKemperBard Companies where she was responsible for leading the firm’s asset management department which included oversight of SKB’s real estate portfolio which comprised in excess of $1.5 billion of residential, office, industrial, retail and development projects. In such capacity, Stacie developed and implemented institutional quality asset management processes and procedures across all departments of SKB. In addition to asset management, Stacie was involved in SKB’s equity raising efforts, fund and asset level financings, as well as, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to SKB, Stacie was an Associate at LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago, Illinois, where she was responsible for the acquisition of office, industrial and retail real estate in the Western United States for both separate account and fund clients. Prior to LaSalle, Stacie spent two years at KinderCare Learning Centers managing their Real Estate Development Planning & Analysis Group. Prior to KinderCare, Stacie spent several years in the commercial real estate industry and has experience in investment sales with Cushman & Wakefield and loan portfolio acquisitions at Wilshire Financial Services Group. Stacie holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California where she graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate.
James Sharkey
James Sharkey brings over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Wildwood and has extensive experience in commercial real estate and debt underwriting, acquisitions, financing and real estate law. Prior to Wildwood, James worked at Goldman Sachs, Inc. where he was a member of the CMBS Large Loan Group. At Goldman, James worked on the originations of large portfolio and single-asset commercial real estate loans across all asset classes underwriting over $8 billion in debt.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, James was an Associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP. During his tenure at Skadden, James represented a range of large, sophisticated real estate investors (investment banks, publicly traded REITs, private equity funds) in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of, and origination, securitization and sale of CMBS mortgage and mezzanine debt financings collateralized by a wide range of real estate assets (hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, retail portfolios and condominiums). Prior to Skadden, James managed the Real Estate Department at Wilshire Financial Services Group where he oversaw the origination, acquisition and asset management of commercial real estate loans. James also worked at J.E. Roberts Companies, underwriting and acquiring various commercial real estate properties. James holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law and a BS in Economics from Georgetown University.
Aharon Friedman
Aharon Friedman brings over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Wildwood and has broad experience in coordinating, structuring and executing a range of commercial real estate acquisitions, debt and equity financings, leasing and other asset management initiatives. Prior to Wildwood, Aharon was the Associate General Counsel at Broadway Partners, a large real estate private equity sponsor, and was responsible for closing acquisitions and dispositions, and the related financings (debt and equity) of Class A commercial office buildings located in the central business districts of major metropolitan markets throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Broadway Partners, Aharon was an Associate at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom. During his tenure at Skadden, Aharon represented a range of sophisticated clients on various commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, fund formation, and CMBS and CDO origination and structuring. Aharon holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in History from Queens College.
